A HEARTFELT FAREWELL TO TDIPT MERCANTILE

TDIPT Mercantile will be closing its doors at the end of April.  It was a difficult decision for us to make, but one that we felt was right for TDIPT and its artisans.

We would like to thank our very talented artisans as well as our very loyal customers for all of their support during the years.  I have been honored to work alongside some of the most gifted and wonderful artisans, both as an artisan myself and as an administrator working behind the scenes.  We are truly grateful to all of our artisans for their talent, their friendship, their compassion and generosity throughout the years.  You are all the best!

TDIPT's motto is "Kindness Matters" and throughout the years that we have been in existence, we have strived to practice that sentiment.  Recently, through the generosity of our artisans and the support of our wonderful customers and friends, $1,230 was raised in support of Make a Difference and the Humane League.  Thank you to All!

We wish all of our artisans and customers much success, good health and an abundance of blessings in their lives.  We will miss you all and are grateful that you shared this journey with all of us.  Many friendships have been made and will continue to be treasured long after TDIPT's doors have closed.  Thank you again.

The Updates are In!

Time for our 15th gals to update and there are some sweet wonders this month.

How Times Have Changed

and really not that long ago we thought it was cool, fabulous and powerful (or at least I did) to be a Virginia Slims gal, remember the ads???? Well Cookie of Curds N Whey sent me some once normal ads in our magazines, that are pretty outrageous now.
some of these are waaay before out time, some our parents, and some you may remember and some will make you laugh!

I wonder what ads 20 30 or 40 years from now we'll be laughing at or even cringing!

We Really Did IT!

I just got an update of our Feb. Kindness Matters Charity Event from Patty and so far the tally is an amazing
.........$1180.00!!!!!!!!! Wooohooooo!!!!!!   The fundraising ends next month  on the 15th to let our gals who upload on the 15th to have a full month to sell their lovely items that they have designated.
Make A Difference Rescue of the metro Detroit area and Humane Society in southern Michigan will be splitting the proceeds.   Next month Patty will give the final tally.

Finally a Huge Thanks to everyone who participated and our treasured customers who purchased items last month for special charity event. Patty will be getting the final tally in and we will let ya'll know how much was raised and where it is going.
